Use this chart as a general guide to find your Lotelle size. Measure your body (not your clothes) with a soft tape measure, keeping it snug but not tight.
Sizing varies between styles — always check the size details on each product page before you order. Most of our shapewear runs small, so if you're between sizes, choose the larger one for all-day comfort.

What if I am between sizes?
For all-day comfort, size up. For maximum sculpting, choose your true size.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, tell us and send back the unworn item with its tags and hygiene strip (where included) in place, and we will send your new size free of charge. Return postage is paid by you.
