Terms of service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms apply when you shop at Lotelle. Please read them before you place an order. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
This website is run by [BUSINESS NAME], trading as Lotelle, of [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. You can contact us by email at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. The store is hosted on Shopify.
2. Who can buy
We sell to consumers aged 18 or over and currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
3. Our products
- We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–3 cm.
- Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.
- Our shapewear is everyday clothing. It is not a medical device and is not designed for medical, post-surgical or maternity compression. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor before wearing shapewear.
- Shapewear should feel snug, never painful. Stop wearing it if you feel discomfort, numbness or shortness of breath.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is free on every order.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before your order is dispatched and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order
After you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't accept your order — for example, because an item is out of stock — we'll tell you and won't take payment, or we'll refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and what happens if your order is late, lost or damaged are explained in our Shipping Policy. The items become yours, and are your responsibility, once they have been delivered to you.
7. Your right to cancel and return
You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Faulty items
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a full refund if you reject it within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to contact us.
9. Reviews
Reviews on our website come from real customers. We publish every star rating, good or bad, and we never write, buy or edit reviews to change their meaning. We may remove a review that is offensive, unlawful, contains personal information or isn't about the product. By posting a review, photo or video, you confirm it's your own honest opinion and that you're happy for us to show it on our website.
10. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer. We only supply our products for domestic and private use and are not responsible for business losses.
11. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption. If this happens, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay is significant.
12. Your information
We use your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Our content
The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Lotelle or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without our written consent.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
15. Complaints and the law
If you have a problem, please email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
