How to wear

Fasten the hooks from the bottom up, starting on the loosest setting while you get used to the fit. Smooth the fabric down over your tummy and adjust the pads so they sit comfortably. It should feel snug and supportive — never painful. If it pinches or restricts your breathing, choose a looser setting or the next size up.
