How to wear

Fasten the hooks first, then tighten the straps one at a time, starting loose. Wear it for short periods to begin with and loosen it if it feels too tight. Don't wear it while sleeping, take it off if you feel discomfort, numbness or shortness of breath, and don't wear it during pregnancy.
